Eff: May 21/09 TRANSMITTING OR COMMUNICATING ANY MATERIAL OR
INFORMATION EXCLUSION
It is hereby agreed and understood that this Policy does not apply to any
liability arising out of any act or omission that violates any statute,
ordinance or regulation that applies to the sending transmitting,
communicating or distributing of any material or information.

Endt. No. 5[FF-04] PUNITIVE DAMAGES AMENDATORY ENDORSEMENT
Eff: May 21/09 States that Punitive Damages shall be covered under this policy and is
included within the Limits of Liability.

Endt. No. 6[FF-04] CANCELLATION CLAUSE AMENDATORY ENDORSEMENT
Eff: May 21/09 (CREDIT RATING TRIGGER)
This endorsement evidences that in the event the financial strength rating
of AIG is downgraded after the issuance of the Policy to below A- by
A.M. Best Co., or below BBB by Standard & Poor's Ratings Services (the
"Credit Rating Downgrade"), this Policy may be canceled by the First
Named Insured referenced in the Declarations by mailing written prior
notice to AIG or by surrender of this Policy to AIG or its authorized agent
or broker.

Endt. No. 7[FF-04] AGGREGATE LIMIT OF LIABILITY AMENDATORY
Eff: May 21/09 ENDORSEMENT (FOLLOWING FORM AGGREGATE)
It is hereby understood and agreed that paragraph A of Section II. Limits
of Liability, is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the wording as
defined in this endorsement.

Endt. No. 8[FF-04] COVERAGE TERRITORY ENDORSEMENT
Eff: May 21/09 This endorsement evidences that payment of loss under this Policy shall
only be made in full compliance with all United States of America
economic or trade sanction laws or regulations, including, but not limited
to, sanctions, laws and regulations administered and enforced by the U.S.
Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC").

Endt. No. 9[FF-04] NON-FOLLOWED ENDORSEMENT
Eff: May 21/09 This endorsement evidences that this Policy does not follow Endorsement
No. 30 of the Followed Policy.
