# WAR EXCLUSION-NEW YORK

**THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.**

This endorsement modifies Insurance provided under the following coverage part:

**COMMERCIAL EXCESS LIABILITY COVERAGE PART**

The following exclusion is added to Paragraph 2. Exclusions of Section I – Coverages:

Insurance provided under this coverage part does not apply to:

“injury or “damage” however caused, arising, directly or indirectly, out of:

(1) War, including undeclared or civil war; or

(2) Wartime action by a military force, including action in hindering or defending against an actual or expected attack, by any government, sovereign or other authority using military personnel or other agents; or

(3) Insurrection, rebellion, revolution, usurped power, or action taken by governmental authority in hindering or defending against any of these.

ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED.
