**Liability policies for Guam written with St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company.**

Pat, the Travelers requires that IBM sign Uninsured Motorists Coverage forms for the states of Tennessee, Louisiana and Florida. It is mandatory that the Travelers offer Uninsured/Underinsured Motorists Coverage to the insured in states of Louisiana and Tennessee. If the insured opts for this coverage, there will be an additional premium charge. Keep in mind there is an exclusion already contained on the Lead Umbrella which states the policy, shall not apply to any obligation which the insured maybe liable under "Uninsured Motorists" Law. As respects the state of Florida, the insured must sign the Rejection of Uninsured Motorists Coverage form.

Please return these forms to us at your earliest convenience so we in turn can forward them to the underwriter.

If you have any further questions regarding this policy, please do not hesitate to call me.

Very truly yours,

**Stephen B. Luongo**
Assistant Vice President
