## Conditions for Non-Renewal and Conditional Renewal

### (A) Discovery of an Act or Omission or a Violation of a Policy Condition That Substantially or Materially Increases the Hazards Insured Against;

### (B) Material Physical Changes in the Property, or Material Changes in the Nature and Extent of the Risk, Which Makes It Uninsurable in Accordance with Our Objective Underwriting Standards in Effect When We:

#### (1) Issued the Policy; or  
#### (2) Last Voluntarily Renewed the Policy.

### (F) A Determination by the Superintendent That Continuation of the Present Premium Volume Would Jeopardize Our Solvency or Be Detrimental to the Interests of the Public, Our Policy Holders or Our Creditors:

### (G) A Determination by the Superintendent That the Continuation of the Policy Would Violate, or Would Place Us in Violation, of Any New York Insurance Law:

### (H) When We Have Reason to Believe That You Will Intentionally Destroy the Property in Order to Collect the Insurance Proceeds.

## Non-Renewal, Conditional Renewal and Alternate Renewal:

1. After a Covered Policy Has Been in Effect for Sixty Days, It Must Remain in Full Force and Effect at the Same Terms, Conditions and Rates Unless We, At Least 60 Days But Not More Than 120 Days in Advance of the End of the Policy Period, Mail or Deliver to You, and Your Agent or Broker, a Notice Advising of Our Intention:
    - (A) Not to Renew the Policy;
    - (B) To Conditionally Renew the Policy Under Different Terms and Conditions, or Subject to a Rate Increase in Excess of 10%; or
    - (C) That the Policy Will Be Either Non-Renewed or Conditionally Renewed, and That You Will Be Sent a Second Notice in the Future.
