# Nuclear Energy Liability Exclusion Endorsement (Broad Form)

## General Provisions

1. **Definition of "Nuclear Energy Liability Insurance Association"**: This endorsement applies to any person or organization that is an insured under the policy and is also an insured under a nuclear energy liability insurance issued by the Nuclear Energy Liability Insurance Association, Mutual Atomic Energy Liability Insurance Association, or Nuclear Insurance Association of Canada.

2. **Exclusions**:
   - **Exclusion (a)**: The policy does not cover injuries, sickness, diseases, death, or destruction caused by the furnishing of services, materials, parts, or equipment in connection with the planning, construction, operation, or decommissioning of a nuclear facility.
