**Dear Chris:**

In accordance to my letter to dated October 11, 1990, attached is Endorsement No. 32 to be added to the above amending the exclusionary wording as it pertains to the Incidental Medical Malpractice Insurance under Endorsement No. 2 page 2 for assumptions of liability. Note that this change effectively gives IBM coverage for contractual assumptions of liability under the Incidental Medical Malpractice Coverage. Note also that the endorsement is effective May 21, 1989.

There is no need for us to advise the excess carriers as the Lead Umbrella provides Incidental Medical Malpractice to the extent that coverage is afforded under the primary program.
