If a final judgment remains unsatisfied after 30 days from the entry of judgment, then an action can be maintained against us.

A "final judgment" means a judgment rendered on the facts of the case by a court of the judicial branch of government having original jurisdiction which disposes of a cause of action by declaring that the plaintiff is or is not entitled to the remedy asked for; but, final judgment does not include default judgments.

An "agreed settlement" means a settlement and release of liability signed by the insured and the claimant's legal representative.
