# ENDORSEMENT #5

In consideration of the premium charged, Exclusion #2., under 11. EXCLUSIONS, is amended to include the following additional wording:

It is further agreed that this exclusion shall not apply to any injury or damage caused by heat, smoke or fumes from a hostile fire at or from premises you own, rent or occupy or from any site or location on which you or any contractor or subcontractor, working directly or indirectly on your behalf, are performing operations.

As used in this exclusion, a "hostile fire" means one which becomes uncontrollable or breaks out from where it was intended to be.

This endorsement to take effect on the 21th day of May, 1989.
All other items and conditions remain unchanged.
