## STATE PROVISIONS

With respect to an assurance for which this policy is given in lieu of security in, or when this policy is certified as proof of financial responsibility for the future under the provisions of a Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Law of Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, New York or Virginia, the following additional paragraph applies:

The company's limit of liability shall first be (a) $10,000 for all damages arising out of bodily injury sustained by one person as the result of any one occurrence ($15,000 in Virginia), (b) $20,000 for all damages arising out of bodily injury sustained by two or more persons as the result of any one occurrence ($30,000 in Virginia) and (c) $5,000 for all damages because of property damage sustained by one or more persons or organizations as the result of any one occurrence, and such limits shall then be supplemented by any amount remaining within the limit of liability for all damages as the result of any one occurrence.
