**Dear Pat:**

As a follow up to my October 21, 1991 letter to you regarding the discrepancies we found upon our review of the captioned policy, enclosed are the following endorsements:

- The Schedule of Underlying Insurance was amended to read Commercial General Liability Insurance in lieu of Comprehensive General Liability Insurance as respects the Zurich primary program.
- The coverages pertaining to ROLM were deleted from the Schedule.
- Endorsement #2 was reissued entitled Premium Allocation Endorsement in lieu of Non-Owned Automobile Endorsement.
- Endorsement #11 entitled Aircraft Products and Grounding Exclusion Endorsement was reissued to read "in consideration of the premium paid, notwithstanding anything contained in this policy to the contrary, it is agreed that no coverage under this policy applies to any damages arising out of the Aircraft Products Hazard and Completed Operations Hazard." We requested the word Hazard be added as Hazard is defined in the policy as damage or injury "occurring away from premises owned by or rented to the Insured."
