- **Endorsement #11, "Aircraft Products and Grounding Exclusion Endorsement" excludes coverage for damages arising out of "Aircraft Products and Completed Operations." We requested the endorsement to be revised to read as follows:**

No coverage under this policy applies to damages arising out of "Aircraft Products Hazard and Completed Operations Hazard."

By amending the policy in this manner, coverage would apply to IBM's premises exposure arising from Aircraft Products.

- **The Named Peril Pollution Endorsement, which amends the Absolute Pollution Exclusion to provide coverage for various named perils, excludes "Hostile Fire." The policy will be amended to include coverage for this peril as well.**

Pat, in addition to the above mentioned discrepancies, we also noticed numerous spelling and grammatical errors contained on various endorsements. We have therefore requested Endorsement Nos. 1, 5, 8, 10, 12 and 15, be reissued to correct these errors.

If you have any further questions regarding this Lead Umbrella policy, please do not hesitate to contact Dick Michel or me.

Very truly yours,
