# EXCESS OVERLAYER INDEMNITY POLICY

## AMENDMENT OF CANCELLATION CONDITION

It is agreed that the first paragraph of the Cancellation condition in Section 4 of the policy is amended to read as follows:

### CANCELLATION

This policy may be cancelled by the INSURED named in Section 1, by mailing to Aetna Casualty written notice stating when thereafter the cancellation shall be effective. This policy may be cancelled by the Aetna Casualty by mailing to the INSURED first named in Section 1, at the address shown in this policy written notice stating when not less than 60 days thereafter such cancellation shall be effective. The mailing of notice as aforesaid shall be sufficient proof of notice.

It is further agreed that if cancellation is for non-payment of premium then notice shall be 10 days.

This endorsement, issued by one of the below-named companies, forms a part of the policy to which attached, effective on the inception date of the policy unless otherwise stated herein.
